Due to the personal nature of drinkware, I don't accept any exchanges or returns. If the product shipped is not correct I will work with the customer to find the best possible resolution.
Items take 1-2 days to produce, occasionally I will have a surprise shortage and will need one or two extra days to receive stock from my distributor but this is VERY rare.
This being said, I cannot guarantee any shipping timeframes. I drop off USPS shipments Monday-Saturday and they usually get scanned in at the Atlanta, GA sorting facility that same evening.
